Price information
Prices are stated per apartment per night.
Additional people and children’s discount:
- We charge €12 per day for each additional person
- We charge €7 per day for children and teenagers under 14
- Children under 3 stay free with us
Local tax:
A local tax in the amount of €1.35 per person per night is charged for people 14 and older. This tax is not included in the total price of your stay and is payable on site.
Short stay:
Please note: a minimum stay of 3 nights applies here. For a short stay of fewer than 4 nights, we charge a one-time surcharge of €30.
Deposit:
After making your booking, we ask you to transfer a deposit in the amount of €100 per apartment to our account within 7 days.
Cancellation policy:
In the event of a cancellation within 30 days before the start of your holiday, we will retain the booking guarantee.
Check-in & check-out:
On your arrival date, your holiday apartment is available starting from 3:00 pm. On your departure date, we ask that you vacate the apartment by 9:30 am at the latest. If you arrive late or depart early, the booked period will be charged in full.
Payment options:
Please pay your bill in advance via bank transfer or in cash on the evening before your departure at the latest.
No pets:
We ask for your understanding that no pets are allowed at Ausserangistlhof.

- The Holidaypass benefits card entitles you to free use of all public transport in South Tyrol. You also receive discounts on many cultural and leisure activities and the weekly program for the holiday region.
